The Tecnoeka MKF D1T electric deck oven from the MILLENNIAL DECK Bakery & Pastry range is designed for bakeries, pastry shops, cafés, pizzerias, restaurants and shops with fresh baking, where a compact oven for small batches is needed. It bakes bread and rolls, pizza and focaccia, leavened goods, sponge cakes, meringues and soufflés. The oven holds one 600×400 mm tray and connects to a 220/230 V single-phase supply.
A deck oven heats goods from below and above and works without fan airflow, so baked goods don’t dry out or get blown about. Steam is fed into the chamber with automatic regulation and the temperature reaches 350 °C, as needed for pizza and bread crust. All operation runs through a touch panel: settings are stored in 50 programs, so every batch bakes the same.
Advantages
Heating from below and above — the top and bottom heating elements are controlled separately, so the heat can be matched to the dough or product.
Static baking without airflow — the air in the chamber doesn’t move, so delicate products such as meringues, soufflés and sponge cakes keep their shape.
Steam with automatic regulation — fed into the chamber from the touch panel, so bread gets a glossy golden crust.
Touch panel with 50 programs — stored settings start with a few presses, so baking is the same from batch to batch.
Multilingual menu — the panel offers six interface languages, making it easier for staff to set up the oven.
Preheating — the oven heats to the set temperature before loading, so baking starts on time.
Two digital temperature sensors — monitor heating in the chamber, so the set temperature is held accurately.
220/230 V single-phase connection — the oven runs from a standard single-phase supply without a three-phase feed.
Drop-down door with ventilated glass — the glass stays cool to the touch and the baking can be seen without opening the door.
Stackable installation — with a dedicated kit two ovens can be stacked, doubling capacity without taking extra floor space.
Adjustable feet — level the oven on an uneven surface, so it stands steady.
