The Tecnoeka MKF 711 S electric combi oven from the MILLENNIAL SMART range is designed for cafés, restaurants, canteens and delicatessens. It can roast meat, poultry and fish, steam vegetables and side dishes, bake and reheat dishes before serving. It suits those who need a reliable combi oven without complex electronics but with more capacity than the smallest models in the range.
Hot air circulates evenly through the chamber and steam is injected directly inside, so food can be cooked by convection, by steam or with both combined to brown the outside while keeping it juicy inside. Temperature, time and steam are set with rotary knobs, so any cook can get to grips with the oven quickly. The narrow cabinet fits easily into a tight kitchen, and a second oven can be stacked on top if needed.
Advantages
Electromechanical controls — temperature, time and steam are set with familiar rotary knobs, so the oven can be used without training.
Direct steam injection — steam is injected straight into the chamber and its amount is set with a knob, keeping meat juicy and vegetables bright.
Two reversible fans — alternate their direction of rotation, so heat is spread evenly across all levels.
Narrow cabinet — takes up little worktop space, so the oven suits even a small kitchen.
Stackable installation — with a dedicated kit two ovens can be stacked, doubling kitchen capacity without taking extra floor space.
Condensate tray — collects water running off the door and drains it away, so the floor around the oven stays dry.
Multi-position door stop — holds the door open at the required angle, making loading convenient.
Adjustable door hinges — allow the door to be readjusted over time, so it closes tightly and the chamber keeps its heat.
Opening door glass — the inner glass swings open, so it is easy to clean on both sides.
Stainless steel chamber — resists moisture and grease, so it is easy to clean and keeps its look for a long time.
