The Tecnoeka MKF 511 G BM gas combi oven from the MILLENNIAL BLACK MASK range is designed for cafés, small restaurants, bars and delicatessens. It can roast meat, poultry and fish, steam vegetables and side dishes, bake, and reheat dishes and hold them hot until service. It runs on natural gas or LPG, which suits venues where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load or where gas is cheaper.
Hot air circulates evenly through the chamber and steam is injected directly inside, so food can be cooked by convection, by steam or with both combined to brown the outside while keeping it juicy inside. All operation runs through a digital panel: the manufacturer’s preset recipes and the chef’s own programs start with a few presses. The oven is prepared for automatic washing and a core probe, so they can be added straight away or later.
Advantages
Gas power — the main heating comes from gas, so the oven can be installed where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load.
Natural gas or LPG — an LPG nozzle is included, so the oven can be connected even where there is no gas mains.
Low electricity use — only the electronics and fan run on mains power, so the oven connects to a standard single-phase supply.
Black Mask digital panel — touch buttons sit under a seamless glass surface, so the panel is easy to read and quick to wipe clean.
Preset and custom programs — manufacturer and chef recipes start with a few presses, so the dish is the same on every shift.
Airflowlogic™ system — directs hot air evenly to every level, so pans don’t need to be swapped during cooking.
Humilogic™ system — injects steam directly into the chamber and quickly reaches the required humidity, keeping meat juicy and vegetables bright and firm.
Reversible fan — alternates its direction of rotation, so heat is spread evenly through the chamber.
Holding mode — keeps food warm after the cycle ends, so it can be served later without losing quality.
Delayed start — switches the oven on at a set time, so the chamber is already hot when the shift begins.
USB and HACCP — the oven records cooking data and lets it be downloaded via USB, making inspection records easier.
Prepared for automatic washing and core probe — the oven has everything needed to connect them, so these functions can be added later without replacing the oven.
Holding cabinet control — the cabinet sits under the oven and is controlled from its panel, so finished dishes stay warm right next to it.
Condensate tray — collects water running off the door and drains it away, so the floor around the oven stays dry.
