It bakes bread, croissants, buns, tarts and biscuits, and also roasts meat and vegetables and reheats dishes. It runs on gas, which suits venues where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load or where gas is cheaper.
Hot air circulates evenly through the chamber and steam is injected directly inside, so dough rises well and the crust comes out even and golden. Temperature, time and steam are set with rotary knobs, so any baker can get to grips with the oven quickly.
