The Tecnoeka MKF 1664 G TS gas combi oven from the MILLENNIAL TOUCH SCREEN range is the most powerful gas oven in the Millennial line for pastry shops and bakeries. It is designed for bakeries, pastry shops, delicatessens and food production that bake large batches of bread, baguettes, croissants, buns and desserts every day. It runs on gas, which suits venues where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load or where gas is cheaper.
Hot air circulates evenly through the chamber and steam is injected directly inside, so dough rises well and the crust comes out even and golden on all 16 levels at once. Trays are loaded onto the trolley outside the oven and rolled into the chamber in one go. All operation runs through a colour touchscreen with a Ukrainian-language menu, while automatic washing and delayed start take over part of the staff’s work.
Advantages
Gas power — the main heating comes from gas, so the oven can be installed where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load.
Low electricity use — only the electronics and fans run on mains power, so the oven connects to a standard single-phase supply.
Roll-in trolley — trays are loaded onto the trolley outside the oven and rolled in together, so loading and unloading take minimal time.
Trolley with removable handle and brakes — the handle comes off once the trolley is inside, and the wheels lock, so the trolley is safe to move and leave in place.
Airflowlogic™ system — directs hot air evenly to every level, so trays don’t need to be swapped during baking.
Humilogic™ system — injects steam directly into the chamber and quickly reaches the required humidity, helping bread rise well and develop a glossy crust.
Drylogic™ system — removes excess moisture from the chamber, so baked goods come out crisp and golden.
Multilevel cooking — the oven times each level separately, so different products with the same settings can be baked together and each taken out on time.
Preset and custom programs — let recipes be started with one touch and give the same result on every shift.
Automatic washing system — cleans the chamber without staff involvement, cutting cleanup time after service.
Delayed start — switches the oven on at a set time, so the chamber is already hot when the shift begins.
Wi-Fi and USB — transfer recipes and HACCP data, making it easy to copy settings to other ovens and prepare inspection reports without manual record-keeping.
