The Tecnoeka MKF 1664 G BM gas combi oven from the MILLENNIAL BLACK MASK range is designed for bakeries, pastry shops, delicatessens and food production where large batches are baked every day. It bakes bread, baguettes, croissants, buns and desserts, and also roasts meat and vegetables, steams food and reheats dishes. It runs on gas, which suits venues where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load or where gas is cheaper.
Hot air circulates evenly through the chamber and steam is injected directly inside, so dough rises well and the crust comes out even and golden on all 16 levels at once. Trays are loaded onto a roll-in trolley outside the oven and rolled into the chamber in one go, and the manufacturer’s preset recipes and the baker’s own programs start from the digital panel with a few presses. The oven is prepared for automatic washing and a core probe, so they can be added straight away or later.
Advantages
Gas power — the main heating comes from gas, so the oven can be installed where the electrical supply can’t handle a heavy load.
Low electricity use — only the electronics and fans run on mains power, so the oven connects to a standard single-phase supply.
Trolley loading — trays are placed on the trolley outside the oven and rolled in together, so loading and unloading take minimal time.
Black Mask digital panel — touch buttons sit under a seamless glass surface, so the panel is easy to read and quick to wipe clean.
Preset and custom programs — manufacturer and baker recipes start with a few presses, so baked goods are the same on every shift.
Airflowlogic™ system — directs hot air evenly to every level, so trays don’t need to be swapped during baking.
Humilogic™ system — injects steam directly into the chamber and quickly reaches the required humidity, helping bread rise well and develop a glossy crust.
Holding mode — keeps products warm after the cycle ends, so they can be served later without losing quality.
Delayed start — switches the oven on at a set time, so the chamber is already hot when the shift begins.
USB and HACCP — the oven records cooking data and lets it be downloaded via USB, making inspection records easier.
Prepared for automatic washing and core probe — the oven has everything needed to connect them, so these functions can be added later without replacing the oven.
Water-protected housing — the housing is protected against splashes from all directions, so the oven works reliably in a production area that is cleaned intensively.
