The Tecnoeka MKF 1021 TS electric combi oven from the MILLENNIAL TOUCH SCREEN range is designed for restaurants, hotels, canteens, catering companies and the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, where large portions are cooked every day. On 10 levels of GN 2/1 it roasts meat and fish, cooks vegetables, side dishes and hot meals, bakes and reheats products and steams food in a single cycle. The oven works in convection mode, in combined convection and steam mode, or on steam alone.
Three fans spread hot air evenly through the whole chamber and steam is injected directly inside, so dishes on every level come out equally well cooked and juicy. All operation runs through a touchscreen with a Ukrainian-language menu: recipes start with a single touch, while the core probe, automatic washing and delayed start take over part of the staff’s work.
Advantages
Ten GN 2/1 levels — large pans hold big volumes of food per cycle, cutting cooking time on a production line.
Three reversible fans — alternate their direction of rotation and blow from three points, so dishes on the upper and lower levels cook the same.
Five fan speeds — let the airflow be matched to the dish, from delicate to dense products.
Three cooking modes — convection, combined convection and steam, and steam only, so one oven replaces several kinds of equipment.
Airflowlogic™ system — directs hot air evenly to every level, so pans don’t need to be swapped during cooking.
Humilogic™ system — injects steam directly into the chamber and quickly reaches the required humidity, keeping meat and fish juicy.
Drylogic™ system — removes excess moisture from the chamber, giving dishes a dry, golden finish.
Multipoint core probe — measures temperature at several points inside the product, helping to judge exactly when meat or poultry is done.
Ten cooking steps — a program combines up to ten steps with different modes, so a complex dish is cooked without the chef stepping in.
Preset and custom programs — manufacturer and chef recipes start with one touch, so dishes are the same on every shift.
Automatic washing system — cleans the chamber without staff involvement, cutting cleanup time after service.
Delayed start — switches the oven on at a set time, so the chamber is already hot when the shift begins.
Wi-Fi and USB — transfer recipes and HACCP data, making it easy to copy settings to other ovens and prepare inspection reports without manual record-keeping.
Water-protected housing — the housing is protected against water jets, so the oven works reliably in a kitchen that is cleaned intensively.
Stackable installation — with a dedicated kit two ovens can be stacked, doubling capacity without taking extra floor space.
Condensate tray — collects water running off the door and drains it away, so the floor around the oven stays dry.
Multi-position door stop — holds the door open at the required angle, making loading convenient.
