The Tefcold GUC50 upright cooler is designed for restaurants, cafés, canteens and catering kitchens where space is tight and prepared ingredients need to be kept close at hand. It belongs to the G-Line by Tefcold range: the housing and interior are made of AISI 201 stainless steel, which keeps the cabinet more affordable. It is only 484 mm wide and 2100 mm high, so it fits into a narrow spot in the kitchen. Inside, three wire shelves measuring 530 × 325 mm are designed for GN 1/1 pans.
Ventilated cooling distributes cold evenly through the chamber, while automatic defrost clears frost without staff involvement. A digital controller shows the temperature in the +2…+8 °C range. The door closes on its own, has a lock and can be rehung on the other side. LED lighting illuminates the contents, and the cabinet stands on four castors, two of them with brakes, so it can be moved for cleaning.
