The Tecnoeka MKF 1011 V C TS electric combi oven is designed for restaurants, cafés, canteens, hotels and ready-meal production. It can roast meat, poultry and fish, steam vegetables, side dishes and seafood, bake pastries and reheat dishes before serving. Its narrow cabinet fits where a standard model would not.
The model’s key feature is its built-in boiler. It generates steam separately from the chamber and controls the amount automatically, so steam cooking works on all levels at once with the same result. Steam can be combined with hot air to brown food on the outside while keeping it juicy inside. All operation runs through a touchscreen with a Ukrainian-language menu: preset and custom recipes start with a single touch, while the core probe and automatic washing take over part of the staff’s work.
